The Commitment of Implementing an Assessment Process to the Effectiveness of Training Programs and Its Correlation to Human Resources Performance and Behavior- An Empirical Study of Petroleum Refining Complex- Skikda

This study aims to identify the engagement in applying the process of assessing the effectiveness of human resources training programs and its correlation to performance and behavior in the oil refining complex (hydrocarbons) - skikda - , where the study has reached several results, including:
♦ The training process in the complex has not been managed in a scientific and systematic way;
♦ There was a significant positive relationship between the training process and the performance of the elements and the behavior of individuals working at the complex;
♦ There is no clear and known policies regarding the selection of trainees and the mediation personal opinions role in that, nor the provision of equal opportunities to join the training courses;
♦ The study also showed the weakness in assessing the training programs process in the complex. Finally, the study has concluded a number of recommendations, most notably the availability of equal opportunities for individuals to get a chance to join training programs, and to focus on evaluating training programs, and identifying the individuals, training needs in order to determine the extent to which training programs have achieved their objectives.
