Abstract

This Study aims at measuring the level of efficiency of using the electronic academic portal›s services for communication among QOU faculty members at Bethlehem Branch. For this purpose, a two - fold questionnaire was designed, the first part involves the faculty member role with students, and the second involves that role with the administration electronically. The study has been conducted on all society members (68) , and the questionnaire which adopted likert five point scale , has been distributed. The study concluded that there are statistically significant differences at (a≤0. 05) in the efficiency of using the electronic Academic Portal for communication among QOU staff members at Bethlehem Branch. These differences are attributed to the variable of college which was in favor of the college of education as well as the college of economic and administrative sciences, the variable of experience in favor of those who have over ten years and that less than three years of experience, and the variable of qualifications for the M. A. holders, and finally the variable of the staff member’s work type in favor of those who work on part time basis.
