The Teachers’ Perceptions towards the Using of Authentic Evaluation Tools in the Elementary Stage and Kindergartens

The purpose of this study was to explore the teachers’ perceptions towards the using of authentic evaluation tools in the elementary stage and kindergartens. Two hundreds twenty - four teachers have participated in this study. A questionnaire was designed for collecting the data in this study. The findings revealed that teachers’ views towards the efficiency of using alternatives evaluation was moderate with mean of (3. 29) , and there was significant differences on the teachers’ perceptions due to their experience in favor of short experience, and level of education in favor of BA holders. Moreover, the findings showed that there was significant differences due to the interaction between teachers’ experience and their level of education.
