“Israel” originated as a “Jewish and democratic state” as it is stated in the Declaration of “Israel” in 1948, but it did not strongly underpin this in clear constitutional articles in the first two decades of its inception due to the military rule on Palestine. However, the changes in demography was in favor of the Arabic population and the possibilities of turning the Jewish existence into minority population. This made the argument of the «Jewish State» made «Israeli” plan and set strategies in order to get rid of the obsession of the dominant demography of the Arabs. The strategy of Judaization of State based on many consecutive trials and strategies from Israel. These strategies started by setting up a legislation to amend and change the terminology “The Jewish State “from the theoretical aspect into the practical aspect. This will be implemented by issuing laws and legislations that consecrate the Jewish aspect of the state. In addition to amending laws that did not state clearly the Jewish aspect of Israel. Thus setting an implementation executive policy on the ground to match these legislations, this was done through increasing settlement processes especially in the occupied Palestinian territories (4th of July 1967 borders) . In addition to the continuation of building the apartheid wall in West Bank and occupied Jerusalem in order to identify the borders between Israel and the Palestinians. These legislative and executive policies were in consistent with the media campaigns carried out to falsify the reality and facts and the cultural and educational policy that enhanced the Jewish terminologies that spread and mainstreamed “the nihilism of Arabic nationalism among Arabs of Israel”. Despite the partial success achieved through the polices of Judaizing the state especially in legislation and media, still this project faces several obstacles that hindered its advancement. The most three important obstacles are: the demographical judaization of population, carry out the holistic transfer and the Palestinian Popular resistance of Arabs of Israel and not to forget the international position towards this.
