The crisis resulted from the decision to represent the Palestinian people between Jordan and the PLO is considered one of the crucial topics in addition to the need to record this dispute that took place during the Algerian and Rabat summit in 1974, considering that this period witnessed many internal, regional and international developments. The problem of the research is to record this event in light of the rapid developments at the regional and global level and the triumph of the Arab countries in October War 1973. Moreover, the case of Palestinian Liberation Authority demanding to be the legitimate authority to represent the Palestinian people and how it attained this. This attainment impacted the Jordanian Palestinian relations both on the domestic and foreign level
