Abstract

This study deals with the problem of unity and union pluralism in the Palestinian case, within an approach that combines the concepts of unity and pluralism, and how they relate to international and Arabic labor standards , and their relation with freedom of regulating their work and the standards of union work,in addition to the factors that have led to growing calls for plurality of unions and its effects on the working class. Not to forget to investigatet the reality of union pluralism in the Palestinian case, the objective and subjective factors that contributed to its spreading, and the importance of union unity. The study indicated the importance of the union unity, its importance and obstacles of achieving this unity. Moreover, it aimsat identifying the causes of union pluralism, the importance of union unity and its reflection on the reality of the Palestinian labor movement. The study adopts the descriptive analytical method.
