Some Asian experiences in the in the development of small and medium enterprises and how Algeria benefited from this

This study sheds some light on the development of small and medium- enterprises as a very important strategic option in the economic and social development in both developed and developing countries. This study deals with the experience of some Asian countries such as Malaysia, China and India, since these countries are considered as pioneers in the development of small and medium enterprises. Their experience is being imitated by all the countries looking to promote this sector to achieve a real economic advance including Algeria. Among the results obtained from the study is that despite the special features of every experience, governments concerned by this research have always played a leading role in defeating the obstacles that face regarding the creation and development of small and medium enterprises, Where they realized the important economic role of such societies in increasing the national income, creating new job opportunities and developing technological inventions. Among the recommendations of the study and in order to guarantee the success of the Algerian experience, the government shall be aware that the importance of developing small and medium enterprises is not limited to the enterprise itself, since behind every leading and successful society, a concerned state.
