Abstract

This study aims to study the features of poetics that appear in the text messages in the Arabic novel. The female novel of Hanan Al- Shaykh ‘Bareid Beirut’ was chosen because it had a lot of messages that express this poetic sense in the novel and the women writing deals more with these messages in novels. This study starts with a brief introduction on the poetics followed by three axes. The first axis talks about the language poetics (words and structures) , the second discusses the image poetics (Similes and metaphors) and the third discusses the rhythm poetics (music words) . Finally, there is a conclusion and the sources.
