Abstract

The effects of a dietary and physical programs upon blood lipids on

asample suffering from obesity aging (40 ≠50) years old.

This study aim at realizing how many different rehabilitation programs

affect harmful cholesterol LDL and various blood lipids , so the investigator

has confirmed these effects by selecting deliberately a sample of (56) persons

who are affected by obesity at age of 40 ≠ 50 years , and have a high rate of

harmful cholesterol LDL . The study started as from 1-2- 2004 to 6 -6 -2004.

The investigator has been used the experimental method to solve the

investigation problem and used the following measurement : length , weight

,age , TC , TG, HDL , LDL , VlDL , HDL\LDL .

The investigator developed the following conclusions after the statistic

analysis of sample data and discussing the results:-

1-The results of biological tests ( TC , TG , HDL , VLDL , LDL ) of

experimental group ( B,C,D ) is better than of control group ( A ) .

2- The influence of D group is better than of B, C.

3- The rehabilitation program depending on airy exercises is better than a

dietary program in all dimensional tests except weight measure & VLDL.

Finally the investigation proposed:-

1-Generalizing a dietary and physical program upon heath institutions and

medical rehabilitation centers to treat who are affected by high LDL in

blood.

2-Making a similar study of another age ≠ groups who are affected by obesity.
