Abstract

This paper discusses Maqamat Al- Zamakhshari from an analytical perspective. The researchers tried to define these Maqamat, analyzed their introductions and the impact of (Al- Eatizal) on them; Maqamat of Almarashid, Alredhwan, Alhathar, Altaslim and Almonthera are analyzed and the following are found:

 1. the title and the text are correlated.

 2. ingenuity of initiation.

3. Clarifying the correlation between the beginning, body and conclusion.

 4. Studying the language of Al- Maqamat from two sides:

 ♦ The eloquence of words.

 ♦ The eloquence of sentences.

 5.  suitability between the word and its meaning.

 6. contents that are included in Al- Maqamat.

7. figurative speeches that are included in Al- Maqamat.

 In writing this paper, we depended mainly on »Maqamat Al- Zamakhshari,« and then on a thesis entitled with »Maqamat Al- Zamakhshari: An Analytical Study) because we think that this thesis has a clear message and approach. In addition to that, we benefited in this analysis from the rhetorical sources such as »Al- Eidhah« by Al- Qaswini and the grammatical sources such as »Sharh Ibn Aqil.«
