According to this study, the performance appraisal process in NAFTAL is based on the completion ratio of the objectives underlined. Most of the individuals have shown their dissatisfaction of the evaluation results due to the lack of objectivity.Evaluation, according to them, is often based on personal considerations between the administration or the direct superiors and the individuals. This lack of objectivity in evaluating the individuals’ performance leads to a demoralization, and consequently make them deliberately neglect their tasks. This in turn influence their performance and productivity.
