Absolution use NATO to overthrow the oppressive systems

This paper is an attempt to answer the question of whether it is permissible to ask NATO to help Muslims to overthrow oppressive regimes. This aroused a lot of debate among scholars in the past and nowadays. In this paper I defined NATO, the traits of the ruler that should be overthrown and the definite circumstances in which Muslims can ask help from non - Muslims to fight dictators that is carried under the leadership of Muslims. At the end of this, a number of recommendations are listed.
