Demonstration as a Form of Alhesbah in the Islamic System

This study investigates demonstration and its relations with jurisprudence in an attempt to understand the extent to which it can be considered a form of Alhesbah in the Islamic legislative system. The relationship between Alhesbah and demonstration was highlighted and discussed. The researcher mentioned the justifications and conditions that should be available to consider a demonstration as a form of Alhesbah. The results of this paper showed that a demonstration can be considered a form of Alhesbah if it is in line with the Islamic legislative purposes.
