The Lethal Wall and Its Negative Economy Impact on the Palestinian People A Study on Public International Law
Keywords:
the racial segregation wall, Occupied Palestinian Territory, Negative ImpactAbstract
Since its establishment, Israel has persisted to use hideous violations
of international law to terrorize the Palestinian people to drive them off
their land so as to realize the Zionist motto: «A land without people for
people without land». To realize this, it committed numerous massacres,
confiscated land to colonize it with settlements and settlers. One of its means
to achieve this aim was to construct the racial segregation wall in 2002 on
the Occupied Palestinian Territory. This has had a disastrous impact on the
Palestinian people.
This study is divided into two parts, first, the negative impact of the
lethal wall on Palestinian economy and second, its negative effect on
Palestinian civilians. At the end of the paper there is a conclusion with
results and recommendations.
