The present study is concerned with an important jurisprudent (fiqhiyyah)
issue, the ruling of repeating ‘Umra, minor pilgrimage to Mecca, in the
same year and the same visit (ziyarah). The researcher starts briefly by
defining the ‘Umra, explaining its ruling and timing. Then, he reflects on
the attitudes of Muslim jurists towards this issue.
