A Suggested Perception for institutional Evaluation in Al- Azhar Institutes in Egypt in the Light of Modern Trends

This current study aimed to prepare a proposal perception of institutional
evaluation in Al Azhar institutes in Egypt in the light of its modern trends. To
achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive approach is used through
dividing it into four views and methodological types. The first is the philosophy
of institutional evaluation of pre- university education with a linking between
institutions and some other administrative terms. The second is the review
of modern trends in institutional evaluation of pre- university education
with a simple analytical view of the advantages and disadvantages of each
model. The third is to analyze institutional evaluation of reality at Al- Azhar
institutes in Egypt, and the results of analysis showed the adoption of these
institutes of traditional methods in thinking and in their approaches. The
fourth is building the proposed perception depending on employing standards
for excellence management models through a review of the most important
perspectives, goals, ways and procedures for the application of this concept
and determining the roles of its application views and links among these
various institutional evaluation models.
