This paper is about the rules of Islamic relations between the father
and his son in punishment, retribution and discretionary punishment.
This study tries to answer the following questions: Is the father punished
if he killed his son? Is the son punished if he steals from his father
or committed incest? Is it permissible for the father to punish his
son? To answer these questions, the researcher divided his paper into
two sections, and at the end there are the researcher′s findings and
recommendations.
