Possession of Rule Arbitrators for the Pecreed Matter Argument in Islamic Jurisprudence and Law

This study is about the meaning of arbitration, its legitimacy, elements,
significance and disadvantages. It also addressed the nature of arbitrators,
judgment and the argumentation whether it is a mere opinion with no legal
value, or if it is a legal mandatory verdict, or if it bears other meanings. The
paper showed the bases and effects of the argumentation of arbitrary award
and whether it is related to the topic or individuals. At the end of the paper,
there is a conclusion and recommendations.
