The Impact of the Rule (Removal of Harm) on Medication and Resuscitation Equipment
Keywords:
the rule, the removal of harm, medication, resuscitation equipmentAbstract
The research is about the impact of the rule, the removal of harm,
on medication and resuscitation equipment. I divided my paper into three
sections: the first is the authoritative and evidence of the above rule in Islamic
jurisprudence; the second is its impact on treatment in what is considered
impure and defile in Islam; and the third is the application of the rule of
removal of harm on the use of resuscitation equipment. The paper proved
that this rule is based on Qur'aan and Sunnah; it is must to remove any harm
wherever and whenever it occurs.
