This research sheds light on the concept of chiefs in the Qur’an in terms
of using it, which shows that this term is related to the environment and time.
The paper shows the difference between this term and entourage to remove
confusion that may occur. It also presents the impact of the chiefs’ qualities
and morals on the formation of corrupted doctrines and moral values in their
community, and how the Glorious Quran treated such a problem.
