Mohammed Basha›s Waqfs the Doer of Endowment in Jerusalem (1023- 1043 AH/ 1614- 1633AD)

This study shows the endowment contract Waqf of Mohammad Basha who
is known as the owner at freehanded during his reign in Jerusalem, therefore
it shows Mohammad Basha and his role while he was ruling Jerusalem, then
the bond collected during the decades of his ruling over Jerusalem.
The study addresses these endowments in chronological order, and to
know its ruler through evaluating the general situation in Jerusalem. This study
shows the scientific and intellectual life in Jerusalem. This era the research
is dealing with was neglected and did not receive the required interest and
research. The long period of Saheb Al- Khayrat›s rule of Jerusalem was faced
with serious problems that affected all aspects of life. We can see clearly how
the ruler mentioned above served Al- Aqsa Mosque and its inhabitants.
