Problems Facing the ESF-UNRWA Students Who Are Enrolled in the Teaching Training Program

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems facing the ESF-UNRWA students who are enrolled in the teaching practice program. It tends also to identify if there were differences in the views of the Cooperative parties due to sex, profession and place of work. The sample of this study consisted of (88) Cooperative parties with the program : 13 supervisors, 25 head teachers and 50 female and male teachers. The researcher used a 60 item questionnaire to identify the problems facing ESF students after testing its validity and reliability. The questionnaire contains (4) sub-scales: Organization of the program, supervision, school administration, and co-operative teachers.
The result of this study revealed that : from the cooperative parties’ point of view, there were no severe problems facing the teacher trainees who are enrolled in the teaching practice program in the following study domains: the second domain (education supervisor), the third domain (school administration) and the fourth domain (co-operative teachers), while there were severe problems facing teacher trainees in the firstdomain(Theprogramorganization: 5 problems).
The result of this study also showed no significantdifferencesinthepointof view of the co-operative parties to wards problems which are facing the teacher trainees related to: sex, profession, place of work, on the firstandthe second domains of this study, while there were significantdifferencesrelated to profession variable on behalf of school supervisors on the third and fourth domains of this study.
