The Impact of the Managers’ Organizational Values on the Organizational Competence and Work Value (Quantifiable Study on Number of the Managers)

This study aims at knowing the effect of the managers’ organizational
value on the organizational competence and work’s value in many companies
in Cairo governorate, The study aims as well to identify the extent to which
the personal and professional characteristics of the managers affect their
administrative values and those of the workers.The study also seeks to find out
whether there exist, an abstract relationship among the administrative values
of managers practiced at work.The Factor analysis is used and it is considered
one of the statistic methods that aims at simplifying the connections that
have statistic meaning among the different variables used in the analysis to
reach the common factors that describe the relation between these variables
and explaining them.The study also sought to discover whether there was a
significant relationship between the administrative values and they practice
at work site.The study results were as follows: The managers' administrative
values then were ranked per their score as follows; human values first, followed
by organizational Values, ethical values, and participation values.The study
ended up with some recommendations to those managers or Workers who
are interested in doing business such as establishing the concepts of group
or team work, providing the demanded technigues for work, giving interest
to the justice and trust.It is also important that managers pay attention to
orginal social norms and spread them among employees.Arab mangers have
to pay careful attention to the strong social relationships that permeate all
aspects of managerial works.
