This study deals with the legal status of the Palestinian refugees. It has
two main perspectives: The Right to Return, its implications and the legal
legislations which have guaranteed the right of return of the Palestinian
refugees through a thorough analysis of the international rules and principles
that have called for the implementation of such rules especially the 194
resolution.
