The status of (ICT) diploma from the point of view of the teacher›s and administrates Enrolled in the program at Yarmouk University

This study aims to investigate the status of the teacher›s and administrates
attending the high training (ICT) diploma adopted by (IT) college at Yarmouk
University in the academic year 2010/ 2011. The study sample was (75)
trainees out of (334) who were the society of the study.
A questionnaire was developed and validated with an acceptable
reliability coefficient of (0. 78) . The data were collected and analyzed, using
the suitable statistics package of social sciences, SPSS. Major findings showed
that the highest perspectives of trainees were regarding the performance of
trainers, and the lowest was for the technology used in teaching learning.
Performances of all scales showed a high level. The findings also revealed
that there were significant differences (α =0. 05) in the means with regard to
technology uses in favor of those who had no training on computer technology
skills.
