Factors Influencing Organizational Loyalty among Employees Working at the Banks in the District of Hebron

This study aims to explore the influence of demographic characteristics,
the internal and external factors, job satisfaction on organizational loyalty.
The sample of the study consists of (210) employees working at the banks
district in Hebron.
The results of the study were as follow:
1. There is a significant difference in organizational loyalty due to the gender,
age, and educational attainment.
2. There are no significant differences in organizational loyalty due to the
marital status, tenure, and the salary.
3. There is no significant difference for the importance of each of the following
factors on organizational loyalty :( incentives, work itself, participation,
communication, leadership style, and training) .
4. There is a significant differences for the importance of each of the following
factors on organizational loyalty :( job security and stability, un
ambiguity of ( roles, tasks , and goals) and good relationships among
colleagues) .
5. The Majority of the banks employees talk positively about their banks in
order to change the negative view that some people take.
