The Relationship between Tacit Knowledge and the level of product Quality of Palestinian Telecoms firms from the Employees Point of View: Applied Study

The aim of this study is to detect the relationship between tacit knowledge
with its technical and cognitive dimensions from one hand, and the level of
product quality of Palestinian telecoms firms; with its tangible and intangible
components: Performance, Features, Reliability, Conformance, Durability,
Serviceability, Aesthetics and Perceived Quality; to explore whether there
is mutual influence between tacit knowledge and product quality level, and
this level of influence, and how it could be strengthened in the case of being
positive or improved if weak.The study reached the result of a significant
statistical relationship, and it recommended further in- depth studies in
this area.Also; the demographic characteristics of the study sample were
investigated which included: scientific specialization, academic level, place
of residence, monthly income and job nature.
