The role of Entrepreneurship in developing the institution (case study on the Egyptian Stock)

Abstract

The Entrepreneurship is considered one of the new scientific concepts

in business establishments. It plays an important role in the presentation

of new service products also has an important role in the enhancement of

institutional innovation in stock exchanges and financial markets and in all

companies which reflect the quality of business positively.

The research wants to present a theoretical framework and a practical

model for the concept of Entrepreneurship. The research explains also the

characteristics of leadership and the level of its influence on the presentation

of products and new innovative services in the Egyptian stock exchange

which can enhance its economic position to face the changes in marketing

and the changes financials. And the Egyptian stock exchange can face the

competitions in foreign financial markets. This will lead to advantages in the

fields of finance and investment having by the best human resources or what

is referred to as Entrepreneurship.
