This research deals with a topic that has serious impact on the society
and reveals it_s shortcomings and bad consequences.
This issues discussed in this research are sexy photos and films, considered
by some as allowed or legal claiming that such photos and films are
not real, i.e. imaginative.
Upon reviewing the Qura`nic texts, prophetic and scholars’ sayings; the
study refutes this claim and proves it to be wrong as it lacks religious support
and proof.
Te author believes that unveiling these misconception and wrong sayings
are a priority to which the study deals. Study shows that, Islamic Fiqh. is up
to date and copes with modern issues as well as it negates any saying that
doesn’t correspond to the true Islamic teachings.
Despite the fact that the people who claim such sayings are few and
considered an exception the study shows the dangers of the spread of their
sayings between the Muslim youths.
