The relationship between performance variables and satisfaction variables A field study conducted on those who work in middle management in Jordanian Commercial Banks

The study aimed to investigate job satisfaction and performance variables
and to identify the most important ones and their relative importance and
the relation between them. It also aims to identify performance and job
satisfaction level
To achieve these objectives, a questionnaire was designed directed to
managers who work in middle management in Jordan commercial banks.
After data analysis, the study concluded the following:
♦♦ There is a significant difference between satisfaction variables and
performance variables.
♦♦ There is a significant relation between sample's characteristics and job
satisfaction variables.
♦♦ There is a relationship between sample's characteristics and job
performance variables
