The aim of this research is to introduce the Fiqih related to Islamic jurisprudence compared to Civil Jordanian law as related to Sales incarceration until price is paid. The descriptive research method was used, although the inductive and deductive reasoning were used at certain stages. It was concluded that the seller has the right to keep the sales until he receives the price, but in certain situations he loses this right which is transmitted to the buyers heirs when he died; this is also approved by Civil Jordanian law. A set of other conclusions is included.
