The Rule of Interdiction Imposed on Foolish People and its Economic Feasibility

This research deals with the rule of interdiction which is imposed on
foolish people. It shows the opinion of jurisprudents on implementing it on
adults. It also discusses the need for laws for imprisoning the interdiction on
fools and also for lifting the interdiction. It also illustrates the criteria for
reasoning which determine the need to lift the interdiction. The researcher
used evidence from the Quran, Sunnah and what could be acceptable and
showed his opinion about each issue he discusses. He also explained the
feasibility of interdiction as a way of preserving the wealth of the fools
and investing it in good ways which could be done by the custodian who is
responsible for this mission.
