The Sources of knowledge in the Holy Quran and the educational philosophies: Comparative Study

The research aims to reveal the sources of knowledge in the educational
philosophies: idealism, realism and pragmatism and in the light of knowledge
sources in the Qur'an.
To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the
descriptive, deductive and inductive methods, which revealed a sharp
difference in the educational philosophies outlook to the sources of knowledge.
It is also noted that the sources of knowledge in these philosophies could be
considered sources of knowledge for the holy Qudran.
The study recommended rebuilding the philosophies of education in the
Arab and Muslim world according to the vision of the Holy Quran towards
the sources of knowledge.
