Muhammad Is’af An- Nashasheebi is considered one of the prominent
Palestinian literary figures. His rich literary production came in one of the
important historical periods which witnessed significant events in Palestine.
Through examining his works that we could get , An- Nashasheebi emerges
as a multidimensional character; he was appreciated as a highly educated
writer with fine literary taste and as a thinker calling for reformation and
free thinking. Thus, the researcher tried o explain the role of this writer
in enriching the Palestinian literature and culture inside and outside
Palestine.
The researcher tried to analyze An- Nashasheebi’s writings depending
on what was available from his literature and through the few studies
he could get about the writer and his works. Through this analysis, he
tried to illustrate the modern and innovative trends in his literature. and
to highlight his educational and linguistic role in a key period of our
Palestinian history.
