Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of an educational program based on Jensen's brain-based learning model on improving the creative writing among students in Saudi Arabia. To achieve this purpose, the researchers conducted an educational program based on Jensen's brain-based learning and presented it to expert arbitrators then applied it on the targeted category. To achieve the purposes of the study, the researchers adopted the quasi-experimental design and chose an intentional sample consisting of (40) third-grade students which were divided into two groups: experimental (20) students and control (20) students; they verified the test's sincerity and reliability. The researchers concluded the results by calculating the arithmetic means and standard deviations as well as analyzing the variance. The study concluded the following results:

There are statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) due to the effect of the teaching approach for all the skills of the creative test as a whole and the differences were in favor of the experimental group that was taught in accordance with Jensen's brain-based learning model; in light of these results, the researchers recommended some recommendations
