Building a Training Program Based on the Technical Competencies of the Principals of Comprehensive High Schools in Mafraq Casabah in Light of their Training Needs

The study aimed to build a training program on the technical competencies of the principals of comprehensive high schools in Mafraq Casabah in light of their training needs. To collect the necessary data, the researcher developed questionnaire which was valid and reliable.The study sample consisted of (35) principals representing (92%) of the total population (38). To test the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive methodology. After data collection and analysis, the study revealed:1. The degree of training need of managers and executives of comprehensive high schools in Mafraq Casabah, was moderate.
2. The results also showed a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (a≤ 0.05) ) in the sample estimates of the instrument as a whole due to the variables ( gender, educational qualifications and management experience)
In the light of study, the researcher made a number of recommenditions for researchers, officials and leaders.
