The Big Five Personality Factors and Their Relationship with Entrepreneurial Orientation Among Female Students of the College of Education at Yarmouk University - Jordan

The study aims to identify the level of the big five personality factors and the level of entrepreneurial orientation among female students of the College of Education at Yarmouk University. It also aims to reveal the relationship between the big five personality factors and entrepreneurial orientation among female students of the College of Education at Yarmouk University. The study sample consists of 108 female students from the College of Education. For achieving the objectives of the study, AL - Azzam Scale (2017) and Shapeer Scale (2016) for entrepreneurial orientation are applied for detecting the big five personality factors. The results also indicate that the highest factors of personality are agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience, extraversion, and finally, neuroticism. The result also indicates that there is a moderate level on the scale of entrepreneurial orientations and in all its dimensions among the sample members. Moreover, the results reveal a positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, extraversion, conscientiousness, and openness to experience. Moreover, there is no relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, neuroticism, and agreeableness among the sample members.
