The Educational Contents of Compensation with respect to Arbitrary Divorce

The research aims to clarify the educational contents in the principle of compensation with respect to arbitrary divorce in the Personal Status Law, through the study of arbitrary divorce criteria, and its effects on the individual and the society. In. The study highlights the role of the institutions in the Islamic community in tackling the phenomenon of arbitrary divorce whereas the researcher used the inductive and deductive approaches.
The research reached some results, the most significant are: Developing a cognitive, emotional and behavioral awareness among couples in the use of conjugal rights, especially the right of divorce, along with the imposition of sanctions represented in the compensation; to ensure that no abuse in divorce and to preserve wives rights.
